Las Vegas Hotel Accomodations

When you complete your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link and password to book rooms through the official online hotel partner, onPeak. ISSA members can book housing before rooms in the hotel block are released to general attendees on May 15, so make sure you book early to get ahead of the crowd and for the best selection, rates, and availability. Hotel reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours before your arrival without being charged.

Additional room blocks are available at properties like Delano Las Vegas, Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Vdara Hotel & Spa, Park MGM Las Vegas, and Luxor Las Vegas.

IMPORTANT: ISSA Show North America 2024 will take place during a busy week in Las Vegas, including just before the highly anticipated Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix 2024. For this reason, it’s important that you book your hotel room and flights as soon as possible.

This year’s show will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, one of the largest convention centers in the U.S. and a GBAC STAR® accredited facility. Enjoy the convenience of having the show program, expo, and events in one location, and most hotels are connected or located nearby. The center is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation, and much of the project will be complete before ISSA Show North America 2024. Meeting in Mandalay Bay means you are close to restaurants and shops and just a 10-minute drive to the airport. Here’s 18 things to know about staying at the Mandalay Bay resort complex.

The main hotel property is the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, 393 Frank Sinatra Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada. The Mandalay Bay campus includes the hotel, casino, and newly-renovated convention center, plus many restaurants, shops, and activities – all under one roof! Additional room blocks are available at properties like Delano Las Vegas, Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Vdara Hotel & Spa, Park MGM Las Vegas, and Luxor Las Vegas. The Delano and Luxor are directly connected to Mandalay Bay.

In order to receive the lowest rates on hotel rooms, you must book through the official online hotel partner, onPeak, using the link you received in your registration confirmation email. All hotels in the show room block have easy and quick access to Harry Reid International Airport (formerly known as McCarran International Airport).

A rental car is not recommended because of expensive parking rates and convenient availability of taxis and ride shares. Note that the main Las Vegas strip will be closed north of Tropicana starting at 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 15. This is not expected to impact departure travel to the airport.

Shuttle buses will not be available this year because many hotels are connected to or within walking distance from Mandalay Bay.

Las Vegas will host its first Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix race. This event is not expected to disrupt ISSA Show North America. However, we strongly recommend booking hotel rooms early and making your restaurant reservations ahead of time for best availability.

Opening ceremonies for the race will be in the evening on Wednesday, November 20, and are not located near Mandalay Bay. The Las Vegas strip will be closed north of Tropicana hotel starting Wednesday, November 20, at 5:00pm for practice runs. The races will take place on Friday, November 22 through Sunday, November 24. This race will be held annually in Las Vegas for the next 10 years.

Wi-fi is free if you stay within the MGM properties; just look for the MGM Resorts Wi-fi.

Wi-fi is also free at ISSA Show North America. Make sure to click “visitor” and not “convention” when selecting the wi-fi network. You may need to renew the wi-fi lease every two hours.
